 Football fever is here. I'm nervous about 2nite's match between England & TNT.England was far from convincing in the match against Paraguay and TNT held off the mighty Swedes.It could be a fantastic match or a disaster for England.Just hope England will go through...yep..only hope is left.Hope that Gerrard will shake off his jitters.Hope that Owen receives chances to score. Hope that Crouch would not get another yellow card. Hope that Joe Cole will find his magic touch left home in Chelsea.Hope that Ashley Cole would stop slipping and giving the ball away.Hope that Beckham's cross would actually find the little Owen....yes..only could hope.On the bright side, all of my favourite teams won their games; Holland, Italy & Spain. At the moment, the best performance goes to Italy. Although Spain scored a lot, but its only b'coz Ukraine was hapless..Anyway, Spain will definitely go through as well as Italy judging by their style of play.Holland?May be...if Robben goes on playing as a one man team, it may disrupt the harmony of the team. What Robben should do is not only score goals but create 'em for other people as well. Well, that's all the rambling I have time for. Have to stay up tonite... |
